Not all pins will look the same
The process I use to make pins is very temperamental, and the truth is, about a quarter of the pins I start don’t make it to the mail. Some rectangular pins may arrive slightly longer or taller than pictured, which is normal for the curing process. As a brutal self loathing perfectionist, I don't think I could sleep at night sending out a bad product.
Last thing anyone needs in life is to figure out another return policy.
Quality is a given
Since I am the one who makes all these pins by hand, I feel the need to address some concerns about quality. If there are no warps, bubbles, bleeds, or tears, it has my seal of approval. All pins are made to order and take two days before they are in the mail. They have one night to dry with a protective seal, and one night to cure the pin backs.
If you receive your pin and are unsatisfied with the product, please contact me and we will find a solution.
Shipping in the United States
At the moment, we are only able to ship regularly in the United States. Until we have figured out shipping rates internationally, then we will update our policy. If you live outside of the United States and find yourself in a special situation, please feel free to contact me, and we should be able to work something out.
It never hurts to ask questions, and I'm online too often to not answer emails.
